IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ANY OTHER SERVICE OR TRY ON YOUR OWN USE A DIFFERENT NIKE ACCOUNT!

If you do either of the above, it will conflict with our system and any sort of refund request will be forfeited. We take this very seriously, as we know we are not the only ones out there doing this, we are arguably the best so if you still choose to use other services as well, use separate Nike accounts for each so that this is never an issue.

ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE RELEASE DATE/TIME!

This is to ensure that you, the customer, receive a promptly timed refund. Just as you expect for us to process your refund quickly, we expect for you to do the same. We are good at what we do, but we aren't perfect and we can't read minds either. With the mass quantities of orders we process each release, the easiest way is for the customer to alert us of a failure immediately. Any refund requests that are submitted more than 72 hours will be rejected.

IF YOU SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST AND CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR NIKE ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN REFUNDED, YOU WILL BE DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A REFUND!

As much as we wish the world was full of ethical people and no one tried to lie or cheat, we are not ignorant. If you submit a refund request we WILL check your Nike account for validation and we WILL video record our attempt. This is to protect both us and the customers so that we can continue to provide our service to the public. We already provide an avenue for you to acquire these limited releases well under market value so there is no tolerance for people trying to take advantage of this.

IF WE SUCCESSFULLY ADD THE SHOE TO THE CART AND YOU FAIL TO CHECKOUT FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND!

When purchasing an "In Cart Service" item from us, you are doing only that. You are paying us a service fee to successfully add the shoe to your provided cart, not to hold your hand during the entire purchasing process or be your alarm clock to make sure you are awake for the release. It is up to the customer to know exactly what he/she is purchasing when they checkout which includes the date of the release, the timezone the customer lives in, access to a computer, etc. The first offense will warrant a 50% refund and a warning, the second offense will forfeit any refund as well as further use of our services.

IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND BEFORE THE SHOE RELEASES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% FEE AND ONLY BE ENTITLED TO AN 80% REFUND OF YOUR TOTAL PAYMENT!

IF YOU SUBMIT THE WRONG INFORMATION TO US, THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY WE CAN ADD YOUR SHOES TO YOUR CART. THEREFORE IF YOU PROVIDED US WITH THE WRONG INFORMATION YOU WILL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO AN 80% REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS!
